usage rights & delivery
all final edited images are delivered via an online gallery. clients receive personal & promotional usage rights (print, web, socials). commercial licensing (ads, campaigns, resale) available upon request. raw files not included unless agreed beforehand.
privacy & consent
by hiring me for live coverage, the client assumes responsibility for informing guests, staff, and talent that photography will be taking place. if individuals decline to be photographed, i will make reasonable efforts to honor requests, but cannot guarantee exclusion from crowd shots. for minors, it is the client’s responsibility to secure parental consent.
vip & staff coverage
vip, talent, and staff will be photographed in line with the event brief and client instructions. if there are restricted areas or individuals not to be photographed, client must notify me prior to the event.
editing & style
all photos are delivered edited in my signature style. requests for re-edits or alternate styles may incur additional fees.
timeline & turnaround
standard turnaround is 5–7 business days. rush delivery (24–48 hours) available as an add-on.
liability
while every effort is made to capture all key moments, i cannot guarantee coverage of every guest or activity. i am not liable for missed shots due to restrictions beyond my control (venue lighting, access, interference, etc.). backup equipment is always on hand to minimize risks.
